Pros

Pay Come on time and the location of office.

Cons

New Management is all bout monitoring and micromanaging people, I have seen new hired senior person questioning about lunchtime and breaks. Newly Hired Senior management are misusing their power to pull resources in the company that are already worked with them and showing favouritism, they are clueless about how the product works, They are only interested who is working from home and how they can catch him to blame for something, people are leaving the company because of this culture my friend also left the company.this is demotivating for hard worker in the room because they feel people hired by senior staff always get appreciation irrespective of the knowledge and delivery. being clueless about the product they are questioning the delivery and setting up the wrong delivery dates to business and then start the micromanagement in day to day life when it can be delivered.

Terrible Culture and Management

Pros

Generous amount of PTO offered

Cons

No job security. You will lose your job if you are not achieving the ridiculous goals they put in place. If you are placed in a difficult territory, you will most likely be out of a job a few months later when you are at the bottom of their stack rank. As a result, people are in constant fear of losing their jobs and morale is extremely low. Management lacks competence and the majority is not qualified to perform the job. No flexibility to work from home.

Pros

Worked through the acquisition of my former company under Gartner and had a great amount of opportunity in terms of impact on the business during the acquisitions. Was provided tons of responsibility and learned quickly on my feet as the business was shifting towards Gartner's sales strategy.

Cons

Management was completely in over their heads and provided little to no support. The expectation by management of my team was to work at all hours of the day and on the weekend. Gartner made me apply/interview for my new role under the acquisition, yet didn't allow me the opportunity to negotiate with HR regarding salary under the new role. Gartner has a culture where there is no input on business decisions from individuals lower than executive level, which caused major inefficiencies.
