The frat boy office culture that pushes out anyone they aren't close friends with. The Gong that's rang when a sale closes. Being in the office every day which might of changed after the pandemic. This has changed but the PM's used to have two jobs, selling sponsorships and stacking attendance to events along with some other activities but now they have separated these main functions which makes all the sense. When I was there, if your events did really well, the quotas would be out of reach the next year because nothing changed as far as size of event and max number of sponsors.
