Thanks for your feedback. Our Executive Team participates in the same health & welfare and 401(k) program provided to all our employees. As a matter of fact, Jan 1, 2022, any employee which has been continuously employed by Glassdoor for 48 or more months, will no longer pay towards the health plan premiums. We are rewarding employees based on their commitment and tenure to Glassdoor and providing premium-free health care. However, the Executive Team is excluded from this perk and will continue to pay a co-share of premiums in 2022 regardless of tenure. From a compensation perspective, we target our market midpoints at the 65th percentile for non-tech roles and the 75th percentile for technical roles at Glassdoor. Our employees are rewarded with Base, Bonus targets and Restricted Stock Units at hire and we provide annual refreshers for every employee regardless of their role or job level. The RSU grant pool more than doubled for our employees in 2022 along with many other enhancements. In our efforts to drive ""Radical Transparency"" we even publish all our salary ranges online including the Executive Teams salaries. - Brian Conner, Head of Total Rewards

Pros

Free lunches when office was open.

Cons

Glassdoor is not a good company to work for. In my and old colleagues experience, companies actually look down on resumes that include Glassdoor work history. They treat you like a number and management acts very inappropriately with their employees. I would not be surprised if this review is taken down. Do not work here!
