It's disappointing to hear that you felt there was little room for growth here, we do we do have an official engineering career path but it sounds like we've done a poor job at publicizing this internally. Additionally, I think we can do a better job of more broadly sharing the product roadmap as there are many exciting features rolling out in the near term.
