I've been at Glassdoor for a long time, and life has definitely given me some ups and downs. I've been really impressed and grateful for the various generous leave policies, including bereavement, parental leave, and compassionate leave for pregnancy loss, among others. I've been able to take time off when needed to take care of difficult stuff in my personal life.

Cons

We're solving challenging problems, and trying to succeed in a pretty competitive space. It can be hard work, and there are few easy wins.
