Thanks for your review. I’m glad that you recognize we have a great culture and one of the core reasons for that is transparency. We do seek feedback because we care so much about our employees. Together, we know we can continually make our company better. Our people and their voices are vital to this process. To that end, we have received a lot of feedback on change. Now that we’ve implemented so many changes within the GTM organization, we want to focus on simplifying. I’m so proud of how our team and our leaders have leaned into and adapted to changes. Thank you so much for sharing this feedback. I’m glad you think that we are a great company (me too) and recognize how important Diversity and Inclusion is to Glassdoor. We made a number of changes this year and I am grateful for our ERGs, their focus, commitment and hard work. The benefits here are pretty great and I’m glad that our flexible work schedule and work from anywhere approaches support your work life. When I think about all of the wonderful things about Glassdoor, it is the people that stand out the most for me as well. We have such a smart, professional, driven, problem-solving and forward thinking team. I learn something new every day and am humbled that I get to lead our incredible Sales & CS organization. Thanks for also being candid about where we can improve. We made a number of changes this year and I know it’s pushed people past their capacity leading to burnout. Please know, I care deeply about the wellbeing of our people and want to make things better. Now that major changes have rolled out, and our teams are adapting, it’s our hope to stabilize and simplify. Thanks for hanging in there with us. Simplify is definitely my word for the second half of the year and I’m working closely with our leaders and partners to improve processes and find efficiencies.
