      There are significant challenges within the company related to management effectiveness and collaboration. In particular, the product management team sometimes struggles to establish clear and efficient workflows, which can complicate processes for the engineering team and lead to solutions that do not meet end-user needs. Additionally, some engineering managers appear to prioritize their own perspectives over team collaboration, which may contribute to a lack of cohesion with product management. It's essential that we work together more effectively to foster a constructive environment that promotes the best outcomes for both engineers and end users.
