Pros

Literally nothing! I would genuinely like to think of something good to write here, but I can't. Global Blue does not have a well known name, nor does it have any reputation as it's the sole player in it's market.

Cons

- Very poor working conditions - The most incompetent managers and senior staff I have ever come across - Bullying at work is common - Back chatting is the norm - No processes in place - Politics rules the place. Senior people are treated like Lords and they act like Lords too - Company is stuck 10 years in the past - Incompetent staff

Pros

Nice office, multinational environment, gym They hire you very fast as long as you have all the skills, promise a lot of benefits, unlimited contract after three months

Cons

Super bad management, very poor communication from the managers towards employees, extremely bad communication from the company towards customers. Applications, systems, programs changing constatly, always always always technical issues which NEVER get resolved. Managers never listen to employees, repeat mistakes which could be easily fixed if listened to feedback from employees. Employees have no idea of the companys vision and future plans.Management changes often. Comunication not transparent. HR does not know of issues between managers and teams. Some people super unproffessional, usually those on higher posts, on the edge of mental abuse. Experienced managers being hired because of exisitng friendship not because of skills. Abusive communication between teams from different countries and different departments. Experiences over times not paid and targets so high nobody can reach them without going sick!
