Horrible management, no progression, no pay rise, was not given a contract, many of the employees don't have contract, company does not value their staff, no team spirit, unfair treatment of employees. Bullying from managers! Ask them how many people have left in the last two years! People come and go, there's no respect, people stroll in at any given time. No structure of pay, people in your team will be paid more for doing less! They always say there's no budget for a raise but will hire many interns to just sit around doing nothing. Certain people get special treatment while the rest are treated badly. Hard work and long term employees are not appreciated.

I had a beyond good performance appraisal evaluation. There was little hike / no promotion compared to that years company standards. Lots of other people who were sitting idle or doing "whatever" got a good deal. The department head explanation was superb. "I dont care about performance evaluation reports and the justification points inside. I have my own ways of rating people". Needless to stay i didnt stay there.
