Pros

Seriously Nothing, seriously nothing, seriously nothing, seriously nothing Nothing Nothing Nothing Nothing Nothing Nothing Nothing Nothing Nothing Nothing Nothing Nothing

Cons

-Micro Management. -Leads are not strong. -Irrelevant Projects mostly working on legacy applications. -Hard work is not appreciated in fact you got to work hard to agree to all non-sense that goes on and be best friends with your team lead and get appreciation. Regardless of these don’t expect anything from whom so ever it may. -you will be treated as labour and most time with dis respect.

Pros

International company with different cultures and languages, variety of products and clients

Cons

Management does not manage. Situations get far too bad before anyone is interested in the issues. Client management and requests or never done proactively, all is done in "reaction-mode". Projects seem to be well organised however when several partners are involved it becomes very complicated even though it is simple. Communication internally is not done openly. everything is "rumor based" and then the rumors are either confirmed (generally the bad stuff is always true)...

Pros

The people on the ground are basically helpful, cheerful and have team-spirit

Cons

The good people report to bosses with an IQ of a duck. The average "pass-the-buck" type individuals kiss ass and get promoted. VPs and SVPs make bad decisions and then blame their subordinates. No one takes ownership of any work or process and everyone is on leave sometime or another No processes whatsoever, anything goes so long as you can get your boss to agree to it. If you want to be challenged and excited to come to work, this is not the place for you.
