      Pros

      People get promoted for screwing up big time. Welfare not bad, plausibly everyone fly business class on SQ for business trips. For the folks that does work, there is a good level of integrity, efficiency, and due diligence.

      Cons

      You wished you were European at least easier to get things done, plausibly shorter work hours. Hardworking folks are overloaded but don't get much recognition. Smart people don't do much work, play politics, fly all over the world on business class without much accountability, and simply blame the doers when things go wrong. Rewards & recognition is not fairly exercised. Too political. Plausible abuse of powers at high level.

      Pros

      Some of the staff ( both UK & overseas ) are good. Head office ( Austria ) leave U.K. To themselves ( which is good at times )

      Cons

      Bad UK Management, Backstabbing and a blame culture is very evident. Seems like people are just out to protect themselves and will pass blame onto anyone else. Could be better if changes are made. Split between Sales & other departments is very evident. There is very little staff harmony & team morale. Technology is confusing & is always changing . Also testing on technology seems to be very ad hoc.

      Pros

      Good for people who can ACT they are working for company, do nothing and put blame on others or other teams.

      Cons

      I had a beyond good performance appraisal evaluation. There was little hike / no promotion compared to that years company standards. Lots of other people who were sitting idle or doing "whatever" got a good deal. The department head explanation was superb. "I dont care about performance evaluation reports and the justification points inside. I have my own ways of rating people". Needless to stay i didnt stay there.
