      A big organisation deeply entrenched in the VAT refund business

      Cons

      Silos. Inter departmental collaborations is hard to coordinate. Parent company is very keen to sell it off and therefore investments in employees are down to a minimum.

      -Micro Management. -Leads are not strong. -Irrelevant Projects mostly working on legacy applications. -Hard work is not appreciated in fact you got to work hard to agree to all non-sense that goes on and be best friends with your team lead and get appreciation. Regardless of these don’t expect anything from whom so ever it may. -you will be treated as labour and most time with dis respect.
