      Pros

      Companies has a lot of money to pay your salary. If you are on a big position, you can travel a lot in business class and accumulate a lot of travel miles. If you like to have meetings, this place is for you. You can talk endlessly on anything.

      Cons

      1. Senior management is full of incompetent people. You will probably report to such people and if you do good, they will get promoted else you will be blamed. 2. no processes. 3. If you are really talented, you wont grow. If you are really good in politics, you will grow like anything..

      Pros

      Willing to invest in hardware for their employee and they have upgraded their server farm recently with disaster recovery in mind.

      Cons

      Report to manager with little system development experience. Manager with bad project planning. Lack of teamwork in the team. Culture of the working environment is not quite motivating. IT procedure is not established. Colleague that talk about issues in the system but unable to do anything to fix them...
