      Pros

      - All the benefits (401k matching, education stipends, etc) - Competitive pay - WORK LIFE BALANCE; I actually take my PTO, enjoy it, log off without any sense of panic. - Really inclusive, lots of opportunities for support and community

      Cons

      - There can be stress associated with constant media attention, stock fluctuations - Culture has been more traditional in the recent past - Your experience is highly based on your team/org. I personally love my team and our culture, but I've heard some vastly different experiences across teams. Putting this as a con since you can't by default expect good culture
