Cons
Office politics - believe it or not, my org is extremely toxic with several factions promoting each other up the ladder Manager incompetence - manager was incompetent; could not understand asks from stakeholders and could not people manage. Threw team members under the bus for their career advancement. Company morale - very low, due to layoffs and canceling of annual survey (Googlegeist)
