Good food, healthcare benefits, good teammates and cross functional partners.

Cons

Work culture in this team and role is not consistent with the wider org. - Micromanagement is rife and leads continually gaslights the team. - There is pressure to respond to messages by a certain time and leads have a weird obsession controlling the day/time and location you sit in the office. - Growth prospects are not properly communicated and turnover is high due to poor leadership and growth in role. - Team Morale is poor.

Free food, that's about it. Pay isn't worth the hours / company culture.

Cons

Horrible company culture, absolutely terrible to contractors and support staff. Wing specifically had multiple lawsuits levied against them for blatant discrimination against Veterans, and the unsafe working environment. Really isn't that great of a company to work for, unless you like having zero work / life balance.
