Business Outlook
Pros
Amazing benefits, general culture of friendliness / kindness / collaboration. Not all orgs are like this, but the ones I've been in are generally filled with people that want to do the right thing for their teams and their people, which makes employees feel very supported and safe.
Cons
Size - Google is so complex and huge now it's harder to get anything done efficiently if you're in a larger part of the organization. Internal mobility outside of your org and direct area of expertise can feel daunting.
