Pros

Flexible work schedule, work from home, financial support for employees (bonus due to increased energy costs, increased salary due to inflation, anual public transport ticket), company parties, nice offices, restaurant with 2 daily menus. The onboarding process is also good.

Cons

The company as a whole is great. Potential cons could come depending on which team you join.
