No possibilty for career advancement unless you are (A) Austrian (B) lacking in any ethics or integrity and (C) in favour with someone from upper management. Rewards narcissistic and sycophantic behaviour. Any good ideas will be taken from you and either buried because it might make someone higher up look bad or else it will be quietly usurped to be used by someone else later who will get all the credit. Overall the worst company I ever worked for. Crazy-making atmosphere that over the course of my time there I saw literally drive some people to tears until they had no choice but to leave.

Based on my personal experience: Micromanagement at its best and extreme level of bureaucracy for a dev position. There is a constant atmosphere of secrecy and mystery floating around. Some of the contract terms are quite agresive both in essence and in the way they're written, which tells a lot about the upper management and creates a constant feeling of concern. Canibalism is encouraged by saying that if you abuse some of the things that they call 'benefits' they will cut it for the entire department. Notice period is exaggerated. No real opportunities to grow within the company or I just couldn't see them.
