      Pros

      * City centre, good access links via Tram, Train, Bus and Car Parks nearby. * Technology is easy to learn. * Work measures in "time in office", no performance at job required. * Flexi hours, 8 hour work day, 5 on Friday. Core hours between 10am -> 3.30pm. Can leave at 1pm Fridays.

      Cons

      * Pay is gimped, due to performance of job not being measured, unlikely to get a raise. * Never deliver on staff improvement programs promised for 3+ years. * Technical improvements rejected due to senior members refusal to learn new tools. * Complete rejection of adding automatic testing, only manual QA * No development tools between Art, Design and Software, its all manual via text documents. * During the COVID-19 pandemic, forcing some staff to go into the office instead of allowing them safely continuing to remote work from home.

      Young team. Friendly and supportive colleagues / friends * Very international. Having colleagues from different countries in the office but also working with colleagues in different countries, Great events like the summer

      No procedures, whatever procedures are written down is minimalist,You suggest improvements, you will be greeted with hostility or inactivity, sometimes your ideas could be presented as someone elses.Things aren't always communicated well between entities and departments
