Challenging tasks in a pretty cool company

Pros

Since I joined the company, I saw many employees get the opportunity to grow inside the company. Furthermore there are a lot of other opportunities, like seminars, conferences or internal development courses to gain more technical and personal knowledge.

Cons

seems like the work climate differs a lot from department to department - I do work in a team that's very enjoyable
