Pros

You get to work on global problems

Cons

Management is clueless, no one talks to each other, easy to complain about people to HR, no support from management, people don't know what they do, easy to hide and not do any work with little to no expectations. For a global company, they lack the outlook of what the work is like outside fo tockholm. They praise medicore.
