Pros

Some lovely people work for this company, unfortunately they are completely outnumbered and unappreciated by unpleasant ones.

Cons

The problems within stores lay squarely with Area Office and Head Office, their unrealistic, bullying, and rude attitude affected everyone. Unrealistic delivery targets for delivery, expecting everyone to stay until the store was perfectly tidy after a herd of teenagers had spent the day trashing the store ( Management practically lived there and must of been on minimum wage when their hours/ pay were taken into account). The Area Teams visits were dreaded by everyone, no matter how tidy the store, how much you followed the guidelines, even how much profit the store was making, they would trudge in, ( always in packs) and tear the team apart like a bunch of hyenas. It was horrendous. Totally de motivating. They should be ashamed of themselves and the company should be questioning why the Managers were leaving in droves. A worse working environment is difficult to imagine, and I am so glad I am no longer working there.

Pros

I met some awesome people there and learned quiet a few skills. Discount was nice too along with the benefits if you qualified for them.

Cons

Terrible communication, work load is too much for the small pay, lots of favouritism. They promote the worst people just to fill the spots. They treat the good managers like complete dirt and the bad ones get away with everything.

Pros

The benefits....relatively easy job...paid vacations

Cons

Depending on what district you're in depends on how much top management cares. I'm in a not so good district so it sucks but other places like Cali I've heard are better and care about your growth within the company.
