Absolutely no organisation whatsoever.
Manager's relying on "grow" (a dvd) for full training.
A distinct separation between staff and management.
No clear expectations, lazy management means shop floor is chaotic, staff don't know whether they're coming or going, new starters aren't supported as they should be which means there is only a select few members of the team who are offering full potential.
You are expected to walk in and know exactly what to do after watching/participating in the online grow training. Few people will advise and support from then on.
Shockingly understaffed.
Constant over stocking means shop floor is continuously unshoppable!, fixtures literally buckling under the weight of stock means standards of an evening is incredibly stressful and time consuming, often staying an extra hour than expected to get the store looking remotely OK.
