Pros

Had a great time working with my teammates during my years in store. Made a lot of great connections and friends.

Cons

Management is inconsistent and at times incompetent. Work/life balance especially in the case of working at their U.S. Customer Service Center is lacking. Inconsistent scheduling.

Pros

Great benefits. Medical and dental were super cheap. 5 weeks of paid vacation time after 5 years. 7 Sick days. Birthday is a paid holiday

Cons

Great values but it seems as though they are just written on paper. Upper management over complicates everything. Regional managers come down hard on district managers with unrealistic expectations, and it trickles down to store level employees. They act as though lives are on the line over 3 dollar t-shirts. Numbers and efficiency are prioritized over a positive work environment. Moving up with the company takes YEARS. It’s hard to get your pay up unless you relocate or move to higher volume stores.
