We are proud to have such a committed and caring team who is not only supportive of one another, but of our company's continued growth. Our business is fast paced and this can sometimes mean that there are changes to the plan that we have set, I understand that this can be difficult at times when shifts change with short notice, this is something we are working on with some exciting new systems and tools to come that will support us with this. A work life balance is very important to us at H&M and we try to actively promote this by making sure that our collegues are given the correct breaks and time off between shifts and a good mix of earlys, lates and weekends. We are very proud of the feedback culture we have in our stores, however we do recognise that this is not for everyone and at first it can be a little overwhelming. Do share how you feel with your manager they too are open for feedback both positive and constructive to support their own development. We are always open to feedback and we thank you for the time you have taken to give this to us.
