Salary is always on time, young team of coworkers, as a student you define your work time, comfortable working environment

Cons

You will be often ask to work on a free day or to stay longer, big fluctuation of part-time employers, mostly students, unsuficient employers for a big amount of work

H&M offers great benefits and great flexible scheduling. Majority of the people you meet are extremely pleasant and if you are favored you will go far

Cons

H&M is full of favortism there are so many people I know that have grown and gotten promoted before me and I was left to train them. So I am qualified but that is just the politics of retail. Your growth is not based on your knowledge and track record it is based on if you are liked and who is pushing you through
