Fun, exciting, good level of training, they value their staff no mater what level you are at. Also there are lots of diffrent ways staff can progress with the company

Cons

The customers can be very demanding at times, Managers cans often not have enough staff on the shop floor's during bussy periods. Managers can often have favoirite staff members
