Pros

Fun environment, really interesting and diverse workers. Great clothes, with a really good discount

Cons

Closing nights were very late, not alot of advancement from within. very little to no training for sales associates.

Pros

For retail, they actually pay relatively well compared to other retailers. I was on £6.20 an hour which was above average at the time. It's very fast paced so if you enjoy being kept busy, it's great.

Cons

The employee structure is very flat so you find those who progress keep moving around in the same role before eventually moving up but this was relatively rare. As a part timer, it was almost impossible.
