Pros

Good part time pay, good people to work with, store are every where in the country and they allow for transfers between store even during university holidays.

Cons

Management don't like to talk to the shop floor staff which can lead to confusion, also the hardware and software could use an overhaul.

Pros

Great company that has values Well designed campaigns, ads and shopping bags Pay decent for clothing retail 25% discount Starts off with a diverse group of employees, but managers can change that

Cons

Will rarely get a weekend off Managers can play favorites Managers/favorites get away with doing nothing If slackers are hired others get to pick up the work Rarely have enough people working yet you'll be blamed for it Try to be 'cost conscious' about things, but really are cheap You'll always be harassed to get to work for other people's slack
