Vacation time,Wellness days,Insurance that is the best thing right now working for H&M and that is sad :(

Everything with H&M is she said ,he said I feel it doesn't matter if you tell the truth because they don't belive what manager's have to say you anyway......They need to start listening to what to the little people and not the higher up look in the mirror for the truth..........

Pros

Enjoyable, co-workers make it fun. Different experience everyday. Interacting with customers was always interesting although some were just plain rude. Overall a good job for a high school student or college student.

Cons

Managers are hit and miss, some are great and some aren't. This isn't a place I would reccomend for a career.

During training we were told that it's ok to make mistakes, as also said on the H&M website and employee handbook, but right after being told that we were then informed the first rule is "don't f*** up." Managers don't really care about your schedule when you're a student. Try and make you feel bad about rejecting extra shifts when they come calling. Some sales advisors who have been working there longer say bad things about trainees and new people behind their back. So unnecessary.
