Business Outlook
Pros
1. You get good offers for Harman JBL and Samsung products. 2. If you get to go on-site then you are settled, you some people have stayed for longer than 3 years. 3. Good supportive colleagues. 4. Lots of technical training programs. 5. Flexible work timings.
Cons
1. poor pay, a 3 year experienced candidate will have less packages than freshers in other company 2. They had provided us with food and cab facilities, stripped all those as part of cost cutting. 3. Doesn’t matter how well you worked and extended your works , pay raise is low par. 4. Too much politics for getting into on-site. Don’t stay too long waiting for on-site. 5. Hr team is not interactive. 6. Not many good projects in Connected services
