      1. Gives salary more than other companies of same level 2. Better work culture in terms of personal values 3. Leaves are granted without hesitation 4. Colleagues are supportive in bad times 5. Ownership towards work 6. Lots of learning opportunities 7. A lot of motivation towards meaningful work where one can measure his contribution towards the final product

      Cons

      1. No perks at all 2. Lacks in infrastructure to provide gym, library, pool etc 3. Pathetic food quality served in daily meals and not much options to buy food of your choice 4. Manager centered company - your every decision is to be taken by your manager 5. In some projects you might be expected to come on every saturday. 6. No WFH facility - only for employees in managerial role

      - Good work culture - Opportunity to grow - Many domain available: UI developer, Android developer, Backend developer, R&D, Tester. - Incentives like: Subsidized lunch, cab service, medical coverage.

      Cons

      - There is very less chance of changing your domain of work within the company - Only manager is involved in the review process and not other team-mates, so if you don't have a good repo with the manager, there is gonna be problem
