      Pros

      As company of Outsourcing you do not to use to have contact with others colleagues from EDC. But it use to have a good environment, possibility to travel to others countries to get and share knowledge, according to the company that we are based on.

      Cons

      Salary use to be lower than the market average. No possibility of salary increase, instead of anual inflaction correction.

      Friendly Nature, Understandable Management. It was like very much home, and was there for 4 years.

      WFH options will be less, and definitely depends on the GOC you work for.
