      - Good compensation for Yeveran (Armenia) - Hybrid work (for instance, can travel to Georgia for a few days) - Significant amount of very specific data nobody else posses

      - I can't see companies culture developing on a level of teams - Feels like many projects will never be deployed - Lack of really industry-top specialists, so not many to learn from
