      Pros

      At Harman there is lots to learn in terms of both Business and Technology. Abundant knowledge of the work being done already which will help grow as a professional.

      Cons

      Can be more proactive in setting a right Vision of the company and pick up the appropriate Strategies in some of the business units.

      Pros

      I was contacted by someone at Harman for a full-time contract role in my area. I found the Harman representatives very attentive to my questions and very professional in their efforts to connect me with the client. Though my time is ending in my current contract, I have great feedback about Harman and its abilities to connect me with a unique and rewarding position where other agencies were not able to do so. It helped as well to know that Harman had the backing of Samsung, Harman's parent company.

      Cons

      As with many agency/contract roles, it was sometimes difficult to get role-specific support to answer questions from the agency itself. I felt that everyone, locally and remotely, at Harman did their best.
