      Descent salary - No work life balance

      Harman International. Salary is descent, you may get good work depends on your team and project

      Cons

      Harman International. No work life balance, Average working hours in 12hr. Most of time need work on holidays and when you are in leave. And they also expect you work , when you are on parental leave. Even if you are not feeling well , you have work to complete the task. And this situation is with most of projects. NO backup person to handle your tasks , if you in leave.
