      NYC Sales associate - Lies and no room for growth

      Pros

      Amazing pay. Corporate benfits which is great. Vacation pay Health benefits 401k They send you out to California to learn more about the products.

      Cons

      Lack of team motivation Lack growth within the company. Don't believe what they tell you. Nepotism Managers aren't on same page Products are constantly on sale making it harder to sales goal. They make it seem like a great place to work but they lack leadership. They do not appreciate the effort you put into working for the company. The pay is so good that it is the only reason you stay.
