Don't play with employee future it's impacting on their professional profile. If you don't have projects then why you are hiring candidates in bulk and starting lay off within few months. While any candidates accepting offer came up with lots of dream, thought from new organization he/she will get good exposure and it will helpful in his/her experience. But here employees are always in stress because of his/her Job Security.
