Good to start career with a good package Opportunities to take initiatives and upskill No micromanagement, trust in the employees Additional Variable pay for higher grades

Cons

No additional pay for entry or mid-level grades Food Coupons and transport facility becoming unaffordable Scope of Promotion very less depends on the project salary increment also varies from project to project and is usually very less
