The system is a mess, they grew so fast and the system couldn’t cope with it. However in some other groups everything works fine

It's really excited to be able to work with a small number of people who really understand the subjective sense of hearing and learn a lot of cold knowledge from them.

Cons

Not friendly for people who didn't hand on the practical work for subjective acoustic tuning industry, especially for fresh graduate.
