      Plenty of free time. They are getting no business and its a sinking ship

      Cons

      Mgmt has no idea what they are doing. Acquisition by Samsung will hopefully open their eyes.

      1. Good Employee benefits. 2. Good hike if you are new-joiner. 3. Work environment is very professional(at least in the project that I worked in).

      1. Work-Life balance is highly dependent on the Project you are working on. 2. Yearly appraisal is not good. 3. No compensation for the lapsed leaves.
