      Work culture is amazing , good place for the freshers, no dress code rules, flexible timings , much onsite opportunities

      Cons

      Package for long term employees are less and not up to par, no much focus of multiple environmental training .

      HARMAN is one of the best company I have worked with. Perfect work life balance and process oriented work culture

      I would not say CONS of HARMAN, but sometimes unplanned things come up as per business requirements and they are expected to be delivered on time.
