      A company to experience with, but not in long term

      Pros

      1) Good employee benefits 2) Latest technologies to work with 3) Future oriented products 4) You will be hired by other car manufactures.

      Cons

      1) No process 2) Adhoc requests are very high 3) Planning is very bad 4) TL & Manager are from services companies mainly Wipro, so expect the same.

      Should be interesting technology and up to date

      Cons

      With offshored development, managed offshore (as is sensible), a customer driving requirements (no need to think) and architects left nothing much on my plate. Also the promise made of bonus for massive overtime never happening hardly makes me trust them If I could leave the overall rating as zero stars it would be more indicative.
