      Short term job assurance as there are multiple clients . Benefits available at client is usually available to employees

      Cons

      Not much job satisfaction as the work is repetitive compensation seems to be relatively low compared to work pressure one has to sustain No bonus or any other benefits like variable pay

      Interactive ways, great FAE support & respect for the Harman group by vendors, OEMs, ODMs, et al ...the field support provided during development is too good as Harman is highly respected & valued..Every work we do is valued under a well defined structure & way..very well balanced Work-life balance..great Teams to work with, great spirit displayed in some core AUDIO, DSP, Embedded systems & Real Time technologies, great labs & facilities are never short or failing of what any developer or engineer looking across Electronics, Embedded systems, Computing or Firmware would look across...very good place to Learn & unlearn..
