      Pros

      Harman Connected Services used to be good and offered good career opportunities for professional development in the past.

      Cons

      Grades and titles have been assigned arbitrarily to HCS employees. HR did not consider that HCS frontline roles require more consultative skills and direct interaction with customers compared to other roles in product divisions. The risk-reward ratio is just not fair for the HCS employees. It's almost career suicide now for no fault of employees.

      Pros

      Recently, Harman acquired Symphony teleca and Aditi, an one year ago. Now , without any pre notification, they have changed employee roles by decreasing employees grades. No one to take care of this one in the compnay

      Cons

      Not much internal communication about internal management.
