      Multi-national talents work together. You will face different style of management style across the world. Good to know the good point from each location. Learn the advantage of each culture.

      Cons

      Really hard to fusion seamlessly of each facility. Change is also quite challenging and hard for each other. Cost and time need to take into account when process the project.
