      Good perks, Job security, Good insurance cover.

      Cons

      Well if you are going for an IT position, you literally dont have to work. You just have to pretend that you are working to impress your manager and all. In the end you learn 0. They have vendors to do all work for you. The hierarchy is the worst. They say that they have work from home but they will never let you work from home if your manager is coming to office. Make sure you take all your belongings while leaving the company because they give damn to former employees.

      Pros

      Fast growing, tons of opportunities and a tech oriented company. Management is good and atmosphere is fun loving. I joined recently and I am really liking it here. A good mix of people with diverse tech backgrounds, and an eager management to effect any positive change quickly.
