      Pros

      Good product, good benefits, great company when it was locally managed. Good employee base, good community involvement. Forward thinking in a lot of areas. Upward mobile company

      Cons

      When locally managed the company was more employee friendly. Corporate decisions do not consider employee impact. Lack of trust within the company due to many lay offs and no sense of job security.

      Pros

      It is a progressive and profitable organization. Harman seems to be doing well on its top line and they have a few good products out there.

      Cons

      There is almost no collaboration amongst the different business and every business functions as an independent unit.
