Decent pay, decent benefits, good work experience

Cons

Poor management, constant arguing amongst managers and employees, managers will give you good reviews and then tell the opposite to management, VP of this location is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Constant foul language and hand slamming on tables during meetings

Salary and benefits, and great people to work with.

Cons

Numbers driven environment, over-rides any sensible decisions. They would sell their Granny if it helped them reach month end figures! Slow product development, and too much out-sourcing of resources to India.
